6 to 24-Month Residential Track
Our foundational, long-term recovery track. Over 6 to 24 months, residents immerse themselves in a strict 12-Step clinical framework combined with purposeful daily routines. Through hands-on involvement in commercial agri-tunnel farming, high-yield hydroponics, and regional farm development, men rebuild their self-worth, accountability, and discipline.
While the primary focus remains entirely on deep personal healing and lasting sobriety, residents who progress and meet specific criteria naturally develop valuable agricultural expertise that can gracefully transition into future career options.
28-Day Rise Up River Reset
Designed to help men step out of immediate chaos and reclaim their minds. This short-term stabilization track focuses on strategic recalibration, allowing men to trade environmental triggers and digital noise for physical action—cultivating land, participating in sports, and experiencing quiet river fishing along the Crocodile River.
Clinical & Behavioral Therapy
Integrated deeply into all of our tracks. Built firmly on the renowned 12-Step Programme (AA/NA), our certified social workers monitor residents weekly. We run dedicated workshops focusing on Anger Management, The Reality of Addiction, and comprehensive Relapse Prevention planning to ensure a sustainable future.
The Truth About Addiction
Understanding what a loved one is battling is the first step toward intervention. Addiction rewires the brain and alters behavior drastically. Below is a comprehensive guide to identifying the physical and behavioral signs of various substances and destructive behavioral patterns.
Alcohol
The most socially accepted yet highly destructive substance. Severe physical dependence can cause fatal withdrawals if untreated.
- Hidden bottles around the house or in vehicles.
- Morning tremors (shakes) requiring a drink to steady hands.
- Defensiveness and irritability when asked about drinking.
- Memory blackouts and neglecting responsibilities.
Marijuana (Dagga)
Often viewed as harmless, but heavily misused. A massive hidden danger is that dealers frequently "lace" or mix dagga with highly addictive, dangerous chemicals like Mandrax, rat poison, or heroin (creating Nyaope/Whoonga) to force severe physical dependence.
- Chronic lethargy, lack of motivation, and self-isolation.

Cat (Methcathinone)

Crystal Meth (Tik)

Heroin / Nyaope

Prescription Medication

- "Doctor shopping" (visiting multiple doctors to get duplicate scripts).
- Slurred speech, confusion, and appearing heavily intoxicated without the smell of alcohol.
- Stealing medication from family members' medicine cabinets.
Pornography
A severe behavioral addiction that heavily spikes dopamine. Over time, it rewires the brain, destroying intimacy, self-worth, and relationships.
