Holistic Nutrition & Health: To support the physical toll of recovery, our on-site qualified chef prepares balanced, nutrient-dense meals daily, ensuring residents receive the exact nutrition required to heal the body and fortify the mind.

6 to 24-Month Residential Track
Our foundational, long-term recovery track. Over 6 to 24 months, residents immerse themselves in a strict 12-Step framework combined with purposeful daily routines. Through hands-on involvement in commercial agri-tunnel farming, high-yield hydroponics, and regional farm development, men rebuild their self-worth, accountability, and discipline.
While the primary focus remains entirely on deep personal healing and lasting sobriety, residents who progress and meet specific criteria naturally develop valuable agricultural expertise that can gracefully transition into future career options.
28-Day Rise Up River Reset
Designed to help men step out of immediate chaos and reclaim their minds. This short-term stabilization track focuses on strategic recalibration, allowing men to trade environmental triggers and digital noise for physical action—cultivating land, participating in sports, and experiencing quiet river fishing along the Crocodile River.
Life-Skills & Behavioral Mentorship
Integrated deeply into all of our tracks. Built firmly on the renowned 12-Step Programme (AA/NA), our qualified facilitators and social support partners guide residents weekly through structured personal growth frameworks. We run dedicated workshops focusing on Anger Management, The Reality of Addiction, and comprehensive Relapse Prevention planning to ensure a sustainable future.

Mobile Intake Diagnostics
We offer discreet, rapid-response drug testing directly at your home, workplace, or preferred location. To protect the integrity of our community, comprehensive baseline testing is also strictly enforced upon arrival, ensuring a zero-tolerance sanctuary on the farm.

Family Crisis Guidance & Voluntary Intake Support
When a loved one is a danger to themselves but unable or unwilling to seek help, we provide expert family guidance and voluntary intake support. We ensure this delicate process is handled with the utmost respect, compliance, and care.
Structured Program Oversight & Mentorship
Every recovery journey at the farm is meticulously monitored. We partner with qualified facilitators and social support partners who consult weekly to track individual progress, adjust recovery milestones, and provide expert residential support.
Program Admission Options & Payment Plans
We offer straightforward, flexible payment pathways to help families. Please note: Every resident receives the exact same full, uncompromised residential programme and support, regardless of which payment plan is chosen.
Option 1: Upfront Settlement
- Discounted rate: Pay for 5 months upfront (R37,500) and receive the 6th month free (Saving R7,500). Standard 6-month total: R45,000.

Non-Profit Revenue Reinvestment Notice:
Joe’s Rehabilitation Farm is operated as a registered Non-Profit Company (NPC). All program fees and participant contributions are directly reinvested into facility maintenance, resident nutrition, vocational equipment, and daily operational costs.
Note: Option 3 Extended Payment Plan beds are strictly limited and subject to approval via our Confidential Means Test & Financial Assessment Form. All options provide the exact same complete residential treatment experience.
